Project Overview: The section line goes out of Liuxiandong Station, goes along Tongfa Road, passes through the stadium of Shenzhen Vocational and Technical College and then turns into Shahe West Road, passes through Xili Reservoir-Tiegang Reservoir Diversion Tunnel and passes through the Xili Reservoir Drinking Water Resource Protection Zone along Shahe West Road, and then enters Baimang Station. The section can be divided into two main types of strata, one type is mainly hard plastic clay and fully weathered granite, which is suitable for soil-pressure balance mode of tunneling; the other type is mainly slightly weathered/medium weathered granite, which is suitable for open mode of tunneling.
Equipment type: 4 sets of CSTE6980H earth pressure balance and open type dual-mode TBM, with excavation diameter of 6980mm, total length is 100m, overall weight about 650t, and main drive power is 2649KW, and the maximum thrust speed of 80mm/min.
