For South China, which is known as “Geological Museum”, China Railway Shanhe developed and manufactured the first batch of φ8830mm composite soil pressure balance shield machine, and No.38 machine is one of them. China Railway Shanhe invested two sets of φ8830mm composite soil-pressure-balance shield machines of the same specification and a whole set of shield construction management team.
