On August 28th, along with the foam spraying and the cutter plate starting to rotate, China Railway Shanhe No. 27 shield machine, as the first shield machine of Dongguan Railway Transportation Line 1 Phase I Project, was successfully lowered into the well and started, marking the official entry of China Railway Shanhe shield machine into Dongguan market.
Shield machine No. 27 of China Railway Shanhe undertakes the right line excavation project of Dongguan Railway Transportation Line 1 Phase I Project from Riverside Stadium Station to Guantai Road Station, with a total length of 1,251.204m in the designed starting and finishing kilometers, and the shield structure of the interval starts from the large mileage of Riverside Stadium Station, and then comes out from the small mileage end of Guantai Road Station.
This interval is surrounded by complex conditions, next to the Dongguan Nancheng No. 2 Primary School Life Building, Gymnasium and Hongfu Cross-river Bridge and other important buildings, under the Houjie waterway and the Dongyin Canal, many times through the upper soft and lower hard strata, the construction is difficult, the project has a certain degree of safety risk, the performance of the shield machine is extremely high requirements.
This was the first time for China Railway Shanhe to assemble the shield machine on site, and in order to ensure the start of the shield machine as scheduled, we overcame the difficulties of rainy weather and poor accommodation conditions in the local area, and completed the assembly and debugging of the shield machine as scheduled, so that the shield machine was able to start smoothly.
