On May 30th, along with the issuance of the “start” order, the right line shield structure of Dongguan Metro Line 1, 1301-3 Engineering Zone Daoren Interval, started successfully.
This project is the first shield construction project of China Railway Shanhe in Guangdong, and two shield machines have been invested in this project. The start of this project also marks that Dongguan Metro Line 1, which is the most technically difficult shield tunnelling interval, has officially entered the construction stage.
Dongguan Metro Line 1 1301-3 work area Daogao East Station ~ People's Hospital Station interval shield section line length of 589m, from the big mileage to the direction of the small mileage tunnelling to 29 ‰ uphill to receive the plane of the smallest turning radius of 500m, the tunnel range has a complex and varied geology, the depth of the large difference in elevation, along the route of the building categories and other characteristics.
In order to ensure the early and smooth start of shield structure, China Railway Shanhe Dongguan Construction Project Department has repeatedly organized and held work preparation meetings and expert review meetings to fully discuss and review the selection of shield machine, adaptability analysis, equipment lifting, construction site layout, etc., and to ensure the feasibility, safety, and scientificity of the shield start technical program. In the process of shield lifting, transportation, assembling, maintenance and commissioning, we strengthened the technology, safety briefing, organized full training, strengthened the acceptance of each link, insisted on the leading cadres to lead the system, and adhered to the management of the target assessment, and quickly and successfully completed all the preliminary preparatory work.
The smooth start of the right tunnel of the shield interval has laid a good foundation for the completion of the subsequent node task objectives, and created favorable conditions for the construction of the shield interval of the next human-automobile shield. The project department will continue to carry forward the advantages of the company's shield tunnels, and make this project a benchmark project of shield tunnels construction in Guangdong by China Railway Shanhe, so as to promote the company's shield tunnels construction business to become bigger and stronger.
